You can request an appointment to our family office in Colton, CA. We respond to e-mail requests within 24 hours. Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans including Delta Dental, however please call our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMOs), but we do offer an affordable payment plan for patients. We will work with you regardless of your insurance situation to find a suitable course for your treatment.
We accept checks, cash or credit cards and also offer a flexible payment plan.
